Noem Executive Travel was formed by myself in 2023 following a 25 year career in Senior Leadership positions for businesses such as Carphone Warehouse, Vodafone, O2, Santander and Halifax Bank of Scotland.
I have learnt that the most important characteristic of exceptional customer service is surpassing customers’ expectations. Rather than treating clients as just another job for the day, it is Noem’s intention to make every single client feel important by going beyond ‘the bare minimum’ and by thinking of ways to make every experience memorable.
I want Noem customers to remember how they were treated for many years afterwards, and use this as a reason to recommend us to others.
Why?
We are already starting to live with the negative impacts of Climate Change, however, Noem Executive Travel has embraced ‘Net Zero’ and was formed to give families a comparable Executive Travel alternative for their airport transfers, or, businesses who are looking to boost their ethical reputation, whilst reducing the carbon footprint through smarter, cleaner travel.
